Meridian Tracing 

Meridian Tracing is often a very pleasant, refreshing and grounding experience. Try doing Meridian Tracing frequently during and after a long flight to avoid or reduce jet lag or before and after a long day or interview, you’ll be amazed at how great you feel.

Tip: You can also do Meridian Tracing on a loved one to boost their energy if they're feeling under the weather. 

Energy Toning Movements

Energy Toning Movements are designed to exercise the meridian energy flow and morning is the most beneficial time. ETM must be done on your self and cannot be done by anyone else.

Tip: It is important that people urinate prior to doing these. ETM movement can be learnt if someone is experiencing incontinence problems to support them while the H.K. energy corrections work through. 

Emotional Stress Relief

Emotional Stress Relief is a great tool to have in your back pocket when a situation overwhelms you or a loved one. If you think about it, putting our head in our hands is a natural instinct when we “don’t know what to do with ourselves” this video shows you the exact acupressure points to hold in that situation to really target the stress. ESR is really great to do just before exams, interviews, and the dentist? Any stressful situation.

Tymus Tap

The Thymus Tap is a really quick and simple tool to balance yourself and can be used on a loved one also. If you’re finding it hard to make a decision or focus on something important just start doing the thymus tap.

Tip: If you can’t remember which direction it goes just think “up from the heart”.


Degaussing can be beneficial any time of the day or night and can be done on yourself or someone else. It’s particularly useful for when you can’t sleep or are feeling jittery. It also helps to reduce static shocks if you’re one of those people that suffer from these when you touch your car on a hot day or the trolley at the supermarket? Degaussing does this by temporarily diminishes the effects of electro-smog or rogue electric currents on the body. Tip: Pay particular attention to the head, palms and soles of feet.
